LED TV Technology is the newest buzzword that is making an appearance throughout the media, but what exactly is it?
Well LEDs (light emitting diodes) are now being incorporated into the design of LCD televisions as a replacement for the fluorescent lighting which has been used up to now. A more accurate term to describe this type of television would be LED-lit LCD TV.
There are real benefits to using LEDs in the design of HD TVs. They smaller and allow for slimmer set. They produce light which produces brighter, more vivid colors. They have better energy efficiency, therefore reducing you energy bills.
They may currently be more expensive than standard LCD TVs, but the price will come down in time as it looks as if LED TV is here to stay.

LED television sets are the newest technology available in televisions. They use LED backlit technology combined with an LCD screen to give a much more vibrant display with richer colors and deeper blacks. It gives a much better picture than LCD. Thanks a lot.
